'La Concha' is a little beach hideaway, tastefully decorated by it's owners it has a lovely calming, clean, fresh beachy feel
with its white walls, floaty muslins, artwork, gorgeous bed linen and large grey L shape sofa.
The apartment is very well equipped with everything you could need.
Located on the first floor, from the living/kitchen area there are views across the desert and if you step out of the french windows you can see the sea.

The second bedroom can either be arranged as two singles or one double bed.
There are built in wardrobes in both rooms and long length mirrors.
The main bedroom has a safe in the wardrobe and a hairdryer.
Bed Linen & towels are provided plus 2 beach towels.
The kitchen is well equipped with oven/hob, fridge freezer & microwave.
There is a dining table for 4 and the adjoining lounge area has a large L shaped sofa, TV & dvd player with plenty of dvds.

There is a beautiful bathroom that has a large walk in shower with all day hot water and good pressure.
The apartment also has a washing machine to make your stay more comfortable.
The large, private roof terrace has 2 sun loungers and a BBQ.
The views are wonderful from the roof and you can enjoy listening to the waves and seeing the great sunsets/sunrises.
The views encompass the landscape of El Cotillo and in 360 degrees you take in the sea, the beach, the old town, the mountains and also the desert which are all right on the doorstep.

There is a shared pool with a poolside shower facility and a childrens pool
The Apartment is a very peaceful place despite being a short walk from the restaurants and bars.
Sitting out on the apartment terrace at night, you will often enjoy the fragrance of local dishes being cooked. Very atmospheric!
